Inventory mismanagement can cost businesses thousands every year, especially small to mid-sized enterprises that don’t have access to expensive ERP solutions. At SecAITech, we decided to take matters into our own hands—building a powerful, easy-to-use, web-based Inventory & Stock Management System tailored to small businesses.
The Problem We Noticed:
Many local and small business owners still use Excel or manual registers to track stock. This leads to:
- Inventory loss
- Stock miscounting
- Revenue leakage
- Delayed decisions due to lack of real-time data
After delivering a successful desktop-based Hospital Management System to one of our first clients, we saw the potential in building something similar—but more universal.
Why We’re Building It (Even Without a Client Yet):
This is not just a passion project. We’ve seen firsthand how small businesses struggle with managing inventory. Most tools on the market are either too complex or too expensive. So, we decided to build our own product that we can:
- Customize for different business types (retail, pharmacy, wholesaler)
- Offer at an affordable rate
- Continue improving based on user feedback
